例2:LD5-53235表示为5位分配器,第1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5出油口油量分别为0.5; 0.3; 0.2 ;0.3;0.5ml每次。

注：其中：7；8；9；10位，为5位和2；3；4；5位组合。6位为3位与3位的组合。

工作原理

工作原理：A：计量活塞动作行程 B ：伞形双向阀动作行程见上图，从润滑泵压送的油从主管A注入，并将伞形双向阀B向推开流入，通过通路C压送活塞室到F内。受压力油作用下计量活塞向下动作弹簧G被压缩蓄油，从而进行计量蓄油，当主管A内油压被释放〈即卸压〉，伞形阀B因压力差而动作，同时开启吐出口E，于是活室内计量蓄油通过吐出口E送入油管H而将油输送到润滑点， 信号销I当计量蓄油时突出．而供油给润滑点时缩回，从而确认分配动作完成情况。
